Crockpot Ritz Chicken

INGREDIENTS

10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the soup and sour cream in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl mix together crackers crumbs and melted butter.

Place chicken in a crockpot that has been sprayed lightly with non stick cooking spray. Spoon the soup/sour cream mixture over the chicken and then sprinkle with the Ritz cracker topping. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours, or cook on high for 4 to 5 hours.
Serve over rice.

Crockpot Sausage Breakfast Casserole

1 pound sausage cooked and drained
1 26oz shreded hashbrowns
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shreded parmesan cheese
6 green onion sliced
12 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
mix sausage cheese and onion layer half potatoes then sausage mixture again then potatoes
mix eggs milk and pepper in large bowl
cook on low setting for 6-8  high for 3-4 hrs or until eggs are set

Crockpot Funeral Potatoes

1 16oz bag thawed diced potatoes
1 16oz sour cream
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 small grated onion
2 cups grated cheese
salt pepper few bits of butter

Mix all together, pour in crockpot cook on high 3hrs

Crockpot Beef Stew

1 pound stew meat seasoned and browned
2 cups baby carrots but in half
2 cups small diced potatoes
1 cup celery
1 can drained corn
2 cans beef broth
1pkg brown gravy mix
1pkg lipton onion soup mix

add all ingredients, stir cook on high for 3-4 hrs

Sausage Potato Soup

1 pound sausage
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
2 cans not drained corn
6 large diced potatoes
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook sausage and drain.  Mix rest of ingredients.  Add everything to crock pot. Cook high for 5-6 hrs.
