Taquitos

2# cooked shredded beef or chicken
1 can elpato sauce
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 finely chopped onion
1/2 finely chopped bell pepper

Put in crockpot on low for 3hrs.  You can use flour or corn tortillas.  Put spoon full in tortilla and wrap and fry till crispy.  Top with cheese, sourcream, salsa and guacolmole.
